Sales Policy

I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time without warning. Any reserving fees will be refunded. I DO NOT ship my rabbits!

Reserving-

Rabbits are sold on a first come first basis, in less the rabbit is reserved. If you inquired about a rabbit that does not mean you reserved it. Once a deposit is made, the rabbit is no longer for sale. Rabbits cannot be reserved before they are four weeks old. Reserving one of my rabbits will require a 50% deposit. If you back out of the sale your deposit will not be refunded. If you reserved a rabbit but do NOT come to pick it up and do NOT reply for ONE week, the sale is canceled and there are NO refunds.If your rabbit dies while in my care your deposit will be refunded. If your rabbit becomes sick in my care the rabbit will stay with me until it recovers-NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment-

All payments must be paid in cash ONLY. The rabbit must be fully paid for before leaving my property.

Guarantees-

NO rabbits are guaranteed as show quality.

I do my best to make my rabbits friendly but if the rabbit you buy is not, I'm not liable.

Rabbits are sold in perfect health to the best of my knowledge. It is the buyers job to look over the rabbit for health issues. I do not guarantee perfect health once the rabbit is at your home.

I DO NOT gaurantee the personality or health of the rabbit after it has left my rabbitry.

Refunds-

I will take ANY rabbit back at ANY time. There will be NO refunds.

If the rabbit you have reserved dies while in my care, your deposit will be refunded.

If your rabbit dies while in your care, or on the care ride home, there are NO refunds.

Stud Services are available from all my bucks for $25.00. Bucks will not breed more then once a week. Your doe must be in perfect health(I will need to check over myself). If your doe does not become pregnant there will be no refunds. All my bucks are proven and have sired many litters. If my bucks injures your doe during breeding I'm not liable and I will not pay for anything. If your doe attempts to attack or injure my buck I will stop the breeding process and not continue. You will not be refunded. Your doe must be brought to my rabbitry. Breeding takes about 10-30 minutes. If you want to reserve a stud service, contact now before dates are booked up. Stud services are available year round.
